About Me
Your dedicated guide on the journey of self-discovery, health, and inner harmony.
INTUITIVE HOLISTIC WELLNESS COACH | REIKI MASTER | BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY PRACTITIONER
With a strong interest in human nature, psychology, and spirituality, I aim to uncover the unconscious layers that shape our experiences, well-being, and life paths. My approach integrates creative expression with a sensitive understanding of the mind, body, and soul, blending intellectual depth with a commitment to personal growth and healing.
Drawing from a rich background in Psychology, Applied Jungian Studies, Reiki, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Women’s Health, and Somatics, I provide a holistic approach to wellness. As a highly sensitive person, I offer an intuitive and empathetic presence, creating a safe, nurturing space where body, mind, and soul can align, evolve, and cultivate deeper connections.

My Story
A great reminder of our resilience and capacity to heal, grow, and transform, even in the face of the deepest challenges.
My journey has unfolded like the tides of the ocean, ever-shifting and deep with layers of pain, grief, creativity, and self-discovery. As a deeply sensitive soul, I’ve always been drawn to the vast, unseen currents that shape us, the ebb and flow of our emotions, and the profound depths of what it means to truly be free and authentic. This inner pull led me to study psychology, where I gained insights into the human psyche - deep, sacred, powerful, and fascinating. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in 2008 and my Master’s in 2013. Yet, life took me in another direction - one that led me away from psychology for a while and allowed me to explore the business world of fashion.
For years, creativity and fashion served as both my self-expression and my emotional outlet. As a boutique owner and later a fashion stylist, I channeled my creativity into helping others express themselves authentically. Fashion became a powerful tool for building confidence, allowing others to feel seen, celebrated, and empowered in their own skin. During my time in the fashion industry, I developed meaningful, long-lasting relationships with women. These connections allowed me to observe and understand their inner worlds - particularly the complex and often painful ways they viewed themselves. I became deeply attuned to the ways body image, self-criticism, and shame shaped their sense of self. I saw how societal expectations, past traumas, and unrealistic beauty standards often clouded their ability to love and appreciate themselves.
In this space, I was able to explore how emotional and psychological factors intertwined with self-expression, relationships, self-realization, self-worth, and overall happiness. It became clear to me that true confidence and success were not just about how we show up on the outside, but how we feel and perceive ourselves on the inside. Self-rejection and unworthiness have been my own personal wounds for as long as I can remember and owning a fashion boutique and being a fashion stylist allowed me to develop more compassion, empathy, and love for all the women and teens I worked with. This experience was eye-opening, revealing the struggles so many women and girls face when it comes to self-love, acceptance, and authenticity. I truly enjoyed being there for all of them.
However, while I thrived in the world of style and fashion, something within me was yearning for more. Despite my success, achievements, connections, and creative expression, I felt a deep sense of emptiness. I lacked purpose and meaning in life; I felt lonely, lost, and exhausted. At that time, I was unaware of my own unprocessed trauma, suppressed emotions, unmet needs, and unacknowledged feelings. What I didn’t realize at the time was that the wounded feminine within me was at the heart of this disconnection - the suppression of my true self, my intuition, and my emotional needs.
It wasn’t until a life-altering health crisis in my early thirties that I was forced to confront these shadows head-on. Diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, hypothyroidism, and a pituitary tumor, I found myself in a personal breakdown that led me into a profound period of identity crisis, self-reflection, psychoanalysis, and spirituality. This illness became an initiation - a descent into the underworld of my psyche - where my true journey of self-discovery began. Like Inanna, the Sumerian goddess who journeyed to the underworld to face her own darkness, I too had to strip away the false layers of my identity. The process demanded that I step away from my business and confront not only my physical suffering but also the emotional wounds and hidden aspects of myself that I had long avoided. My body had become the messenger, carrying the weight of suppressed trauma and the neglect of my feminine energy.
The wounded feminine had been silenced for so long within me, and now my body was speaking in loud, painful ways. The autoimmune disorder, the hypothyroidism, and the tumor were not mere symptoms - they were manifestations of the disconnection I had been carrying, the imbalance in honoring my true self. Inanna’s myth is one of descent, but it is also one of rebirth. Similarly, my journey through illness was a rebirth, a call to face the deepest parts of myself that I had long suppressed. It was only in this dark, painful space that I could start to reconnect with the feminine within - her wisdom, her intuition, and her power.
Though painful, this experience was like an alchemical fire, burning away false layers and forcing me to turn inward. Much like the wounded healer Chiron, whose pain led to profound wisdom and healing for others, I found that my suffering became a gateway to a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Chiron’s wound, which could never be fully healed, was a source of strength and compassion that allowed him to help others heal. Similarly, my health crisis, though painful, became a catalyst for discovering my own capacity for resilience and healing. I learned that the deepest wounds often contain the seeds of transformation, and that the process of facing these wounds is where we find our true power.
Through this journey, I discovered that the body is not just a vessel, but a living, breathing intelligence with its own innate capacity for balance and restoration. Symptoms and illnesses are not punishments, but rather messages - signals of disharmony within the self, calling us to reawaken and realign. Just as Inanna’s descent to the underworld led to her eventual resurrection, I too was reborn from my experiences. The fire of transformation had burned away the old, leaving me with a deeper sense of self and a more profound understanding of how healing is not just a physical process but a spiritual one. Through the combination of self-care, holistic practices, and psychological healing, I was able to overcome my health challenges and enter a new chapter of my life.
Today, as an Intuitive Holistic Wellness Coach, Reiki Master, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, my journey has equipped me to help others reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom, release emotional and physical blockages, and realign with their true essence. Through my work, I guide individuals in cultivating a deeper sense of self-awareness and balance, allowing them to tap into their body’s natural ability to heal and restore harmony. By addressing not only the physical but also the emotional and energetic aspects of well-being, I support my clients in moving through challenges with greater clarity, peace, and empowerment. It is my passion to help others embrace their authentic selves, let go of limiting patterns, and step into a life of freedom, vitality, and purpose.
At the same time, I am still on my own personal journey, which is a lifelong experience. As Carl Rogers wisely stated, "The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination." And so, I continue to heal, grow, and reclaim the power of the feminine within me - just as I help others do the same.
