Retreat for Women: "SELF-LOVE: Living from the Heart"
Retreat for women 9/8/24-9/10/24
Self-love is a theme that has been increasingly emphasized and discussed across social platforms, in books, teachings, and therapy sessions. Yet, I still often encounter the question: What does it truly mean to love yourself?
Self-love is one of the most important feelings we can experience in life. It exists within each of us, though it’s often forgotten, suppressed, or blocked. Every soul comes into this world with love, and through the experiences of life, it is either nurtured, stifled, lost, or exchanged for something else.
For many, the idea of self-love sounds cliché or even selfish. Some may feel they love themselves because they shower themselves with gifts, indulge in their desires, and prioritize their needs.
But true self-love has nothing to do with these external things.
True self-love is about recognizing the essence of love itself - it’s about acknowledging who you truly are and your very existence in this world.
Do you want to remember how to love yourself?
Do you long to open your heart and welcome love?
